The short version

I collect only what I need to send you your free guide, deliver what you buy, and share occasional wellness tips if you ask for them. I don’t sell your information. You can unsubscribe at any time.

What I collect

• When you sign up for the free guide or emails: your first name and email address.
• When you buy something: your name, email and billing details. Payments are handled by Stripe, so I never see or store your full card number.
• When you visit this site: basic technical information such as your browser type and pages visited, collected by the website and its hosting services.

How I use it

• To email you the free guide and any emails you asked for.
• To process your order and send your download link.
• To reply when you contact me.
• To keep the website working and secure.

Who helps me do this

I use trusted services to run Trust in Wellness. They process your information on my behalf and under their own privacy policies:

• MailerLite sends my emails and stores my email list.
• Stripe processes payments.
• WordPress and WooCommerce run the shop on this website.
• Amazon Web Services (S3) stores and delivers the files you download.
• Bluehost hosts the website, and Cloudflare helps protect it.
• Google Fonts supplies the typefaces used on some pages, which means your browser may contact Google when a page loads.

I don’t sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

Your journal and tools

The 40+ Wellness Journal and similar tools save what you type on your own device. I don’t receive your entries. If you clear your browser data or change phones, your entries may be lost unless you saved a backup.

Cookies

This site and its shop use cookies that are needed for things like your shopping cart and checkout. Your browser lets you block or delete cookies, though some parts of the shop may not work without them.

Email choices

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. Click it and you’ll stop receiving marketing emails. I may still email you about an order you placed.

How long I keep information

I keep your information while you’re subscribed or as needed for orders, taxes and records. You can ask me to delete it at any time.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. Write to me at trustinwellness@gmail.com and I’ll respond as soon as I can.

Children

This site is for adults. I don’t knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

Health information

The content on this site is for general education and is not medical advice. Please don’t send me private medical details by email or through the website.

Changes to this policy

If I change how I handle your information, I’ll update this page and the date at the top.
